The fourth year of the programme is meticulously designed to propel students toward the next stage of their professional journey. This pivotal year commences in Bilbao, where students convene with their teams to reflect on their entrepreneurial experiences thus far and strategically plan their future steps, including the completion of their Final Degree Dissertation.

Students are offered two distinct pathways: the Entrepreneurial Itinerary or the Intrapreneurial Itinerary. This final year represents the culmination of their educational journey, providing an opportunity to apply their acquired knowledge in a practical, real-world context.

-> Entrepreneurial Pathway: This track leads students to develop a robust business plan, ready for implementation or investment. The validated plan adheres to the programme’s core values and vision, serving as both a formal project framework and a foundation for the final thesis.

-> Intrapreneurial Pathway: This route involves identifying and addressing a challenge within an existing organization. The objective is to create a comprehensive viability plan to present to the company, showcasing the potential for impactful solutions and strategic growth.
